Aside from the assurance and comfort of using safe and modern air-conditioned tourist buses, our offered Educational Trip Packages is very different from the ordinary field trips. Packed with various features, we make sure that the participants will learn while having fun. Adventure, games, and exciting activities aimed to develop the individuals’ confidence; skills and abilities; cooperation; and respect and responsibility towards others, our country, place of itinerary and natural environment are integrated in all Educational Trip programs. During the trip, the Tour Guide-Facilitators will take charge of all tasks, including headcounts, street crossing, lectures and games. And because we value you, the faculty representative of the group for each bus will be asked to fill-up an evaluation form at the end of the program. Results will be tabulated by a third-party, compiled and submitted to the school and our company.
Kairos Travel and Tours, Inc deploy Tour Guide-Facilitators as specialized teachers. Unlike ordinary tour guides, they are essentially trained to facilitate the learning process of discovery, validation and application. They also conduct the adventure element of the program and ensure its safety. The Team Leader (TL) or Lecturer heads the crew and is assisted by group facilitators. Ratio of facilitators to students varies according to site or itinerary, size of group and package availed. Upon booking, an ocular visit to the preferred site/s may be arranged.
